For example, if you’re using ground beef at the beginning of the week and for a meal in the middle, why not save time and cook the beef for both recipes now? Spend a few minutes planning out your meals and then figure out what you can make ahead of time. You’ll be both surprised and pleased at how easy and effective this tip is!
